Welcome to the NHMC Warcop Stages Rally organised by North Humberside Motor Club Ltd.
In 2022 we planned to run a Special Stage Rally on the Warcop Military Ranges in Cumbria on 17th April (Easter Sunday): the NHMC Warcop Stages Rally.
However, on 7th February 2022, North Humberside Motor Club Ltd has issued the following statement:
North Humberside Motor Club Limited regrets to announce the cancellation of the 2022 NHMC Warcop Stages Rally which was scheduled for Easter Sunday, 17th April 2022.
Following the unexpected death just before Christmas of Gavin Heseltine, a key member of our organising team, we have looked carefully at our manpower to run this event. In addition to the loss of Gavin, another key member of the team is not available this Easter and two other members of the team are unlikely to be available because of work commitments.
This leaves us too short of senior organisers to be able to promote an event of the quality we always strive to provide and we have decided it is better to cancel than to run a sub-standard event.

In 2023, the Military Training Area was in heavy military use and not available for motorsport.
In 2024, we were initially told that the miltary activity would continue until the end of March which was far too close to the proposed date of the rally for it to be sensible to attempt to run. We were then told in January that the military activity had ceased and the training area would be available at Easter 2024. However, this left too short a time to organise a rally effectiovely in 2024.
We now plan to run the NHMC Warcop Stages on Easter Sunday (20th April) 2025.
